10-Day Return Policy

To make you feel even more comfortable with your purchase, we offer our customers a 10-day return policy. You can try your favorite handmade rug at home or in your place of business. If you are not fully satisfied, simply contact us within 10 days of receiving your rug to begin the rug return process.


Shipping & Handling:

All carpets are professionally packed and shipped by UPS or Fed-Ex Shipping Services.
Free Shipping is for the continental USA and includes packaging, handling, shipping and insurance.
For International rates, Alaska, Hawaii, please contact us first.
*International clients are responsible for any duties or taxes in their home county.
We ship within 1-2 business days of receipt of payment and always provide a tracking number.

Ordinary commercial cleaners use steam and abrasive chemicals which destroy the wool and color in your rug. Our professional cleaning gently brings out the softness and richness of color in your rug. We recommend that you have your rug cleaned regularly as walking on a dirty rug shortens its life. Dirt and sand fragments grind on the surface of your rug and wear it away. We also offer the following services, Hand Repairs, Mending and Re-Fringing.


Under Padding:

Quality rug padding will keep your carpet from slipping and provide protection from dirt and wear. At Urban Rugs we custom-size the under padding to fit your individual rug.

*We carry eco-friendly Rug Pads. Made from natural rubbers and other renewable materials. It will not stain, mar or discolor standard flooring. Simply stated, it's the best padding for High Quality Persian rugs. Please contact us for more information.
