"This Persian rug is distinguishable through its very natural and pleasant color scheme. Over its ivory background it has a medallion design. Main border color is orange matching the color of the centered medallion. Note that all borders are crossed by wreaths of flowers which pass over the borders area reaching the Persian rugs field. The medallion is surrounded by the pleasant shade of green from the field's corners. The image is rarefied, but the leaves are stylishly applied throughout the Persian rug's floral decorated image."
Tabriz Rugs
The rugs manufactured in the city of Tabriz also are of great finesse. Their predominant colors are red, blue and ivory.
