"This very small Persian rug shows images of people and animals in natural colors and that best express the geographical location from which this Persian rugs originates. The women from the image are sitting next to a river. Next to them are some animals that drink water from the river. In the image background two tents outlined in shades of brown, navy and ivory appear. One of them uses the Boteh motif which is very common in Persian Persian rugs. Behind the tents we see images of birds and other animals outlined in very light shades."

Quom Rugs
The rugs made in the region of Quom are generally made of silk, but also wool or cotton. They are especially known for being used in prayers by the Muslims. Throughout the rug image we see symbols of divinity, very important for the Muslims religion.
