"Peony or lotus flowers appear almost in all Persian Persian rugs designs. These flowers are symbols of power and rebirth. They are also found throughout this Persian rug's design, too. The color on which they are painted on is red, color that symbolizes joy, faith, luck and wealth. The joy transmitted through this color is natural and pleasant. Tabriz Rugs
